Hello! 

I am a mom, astrologer, healer, channel, and spiritual mentor.  

Before coming to this work I do now, I was a clinical social worker and body worker for two decades.  As a clinical social worker, I specialized in trauma treatment and child abuse prevention in the Child Welfare System.

I was born in Thailand and grew up in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kenya, and northern Virginia.  My family has been in India for over 100 years and is a large international family still today.

I live in California with my two wonderful and growing kids and our cats!

Because of my background growing up internationally and my experience as a social worker, I have a deep passion and commitment to social and environmental justice.  That experience grounds me quite profoundly and brings stark reality into my approach to the spiritual calling I have and that I know many of us feel.

The world is in crisis and YOU are part of the solution - in big or "little" ways.

As the spirit world says to me repeatedly, "We are midwifing ourselves back into a remembering of who we really are."

In 2018, I had a profound experience and was told emphatically that I needed to leave social work to support souls (probably just like you!) to feel supported, held, and safe to remember and fully re-become EXACTLY all of who we each are on a deep, soul level.

We are ancient wisdom keepers of the Earth, the cosmos, the divine, and the All That Is, literally.

Each of us is needed NOW to be EXACTLY all of who we are.

As the saying goes, we really are who we have been waiting for.

And I am here as a support to help us each to remember that fully, each in our own ways.
